General Information

Please contact us, prior registering, for details on pricing and availability in your area.

The registration form must be completed before the course can be started. Please save the form, fill it out, and email it back to us.

For our records, please use the student's legal names on the form (as it appears on the license). Preferred names and nicknames can go in brackets. The mailing address on the form is the one the certificate will be sent to.

 

Online Course Registration

If you are doing the online course, a $100.00 deposit is required to start. Please contact us by phone or email for payment details. 

 

In Class Registration

The deposit for the in person classroom can be made at the first classroom. The deposit amount can vary, contact us for more information and classroom dates and availability.
